The Facts
This program is a ministry of Trinity Park Church and exists for the purpose of meeting the needs of elementary/intermediate school aged children and their families as they relate to before and after school care as well as holiday and summer care.
We offer:
• Quality, Christian based childcare for grades K-6th
• Transportation to and from JB Stephens, Harris and Weston Elementary schools and Greenfield and Maxwell Intermediate Schools.
• Morning MIS students ride to JB Stephens to drop off any students, then ride to MIS.
• We are unable to transport Eden students in the morning. We do go to Eden after school.
• Snow Days – we are open when school is closed for a snow day. We provide breakfast, lunch and snack on these days. If it is an eLearning day, we do our best to assist the students. WE ONLY CLOSE IF HANCOCK COUNTY IS UNDER A RED ALERT– NO ONE IS TO BE ON THE ROADS. (Check IN.GOV for alert status for counties.)
• 2-hour delays or early release due to the weather – we will be open and provide transportation to or from school as needed. (The after school only kids may come in the morning on 2-hr delay days, except for Eden students. We are unable to transport to Eden in the mornings.)
• “Minor” Holiday – We are open on Martin Luther King’s Day, President’s Day, and Columbus Day. There is no extra fee for these days – they are included in the weekly fee.
• Devotional time, staff assisted homework room, homework supplies, supervised recreation time, snacks, computers, library, games, crafts and many more activities.
• Staff trained in first aid and CPR.
• Strict adherence to the Child Protection Policy of Trinity Park Church.
• Regularly maintained vans/mid- buses.
• Safety minded van/bus drivers.
• Private Facebook page for updates and pictures.
We expect:
- Good behavior from children and cooperation from parents.
- Sick children are to be kept at home. (Fever of 100, vomiting, head lice, etc.)
- If the child becomes sick while at Alpha & Omega, we will call the emergency numbers and expect the child to be picked up within the hour.
- Fees to be paid on Monday of each week for the week. At this time, we do not charge for 2-hour delay days, snow days, or “minor” holidays. However, this policy will be readdressed if the expenses of labor and food become prohibitive.
- Each child is to be enrolled full time for the entire school year or the entire summer. No part-time positions are available. Payment is expected even when your child does not attend.
- You will need to call us if your child is not attending due to illness, doctor/dentist appointments, etc. There is no part time care fee for days missed.

Tuition and Fees

The weekly fee schedule for Alpha and Omega is: (effective January 1, 2023)
Before School only - $50
6 A.M. until school drop off time, breakfast included
After School only - $60
School pick up time until 6 P.M., snack included
Before & After School – $75
6 A.M. until school drop off, breakfast included; after school until 6 P.M., snack included
Summer care and school breaks - $125 + field trip costs
6 A.M. until 6 P.M., breakfast, lunch and snack included
Fees are to be paid on Monday of each week. There are no part-time options; you agree to pay even if your child is not attending any time during the week. If you get behind in payments, we may be forced to ask your child to leave our program – you will still be required to make all back payments. YOU CAN PAY ONLINE AT www.trinitypark.net – click on the “give” button on the childcare page.
- The first week’s fee must accompany the registration page and the signed contract page. This fee is non-refundable and holds your child’s spot in the program.
- There is a penalty of $1.00 per minute after the pickup time of 6:00.
- We ask that you call us if your child will not be attending. The staff and school do not have extra time to try to track down your child if you have not informed us. The best way to do this is to text the director. (number will be given when you register your child)
- You have 4 vacation weeks for the calendar year.(4 weeks total if enrolled in both summer and school year). This vacation time is not billed. Any additional time off from the program will be billed whether the child attends those weeks or not. If your child does not attend all year, the vacation weeks will be prorated to match time in attendance. (ex. - Summer only = 1 week of vacation. School year only=3 weeks)
EXTRA COSTS: We try to keep any extra costs to a minimum, but some field trips during breaks do require a fee to be paid. (EX – bowling, swimming, zoo, children’s museum, etc.) The fees for the extra trips should be paid in cash no later than the day of the trip. We will provide meals and snacks on field trip days. Children may bring their own lunch on field trips if they have an allergy or do not like the menu choice for that day. Please arrive 30 minutes before time stated on calendar.
